Continuing on the tradition of the beloved Lower Town Arts & Music Festival, we are proud to announce your most anticipated event of 2021! YACtoberfest is a celebration of all things art, community, and music! This festival will serve as a pandemic recovery fundraiser for the Yeiser Art Center, Paducah’s oldest arts organization. Not intended to be a replacement for LTAMF, we’re using this as an opportunity to bring something new and exciting to our community. Come and enjoy new beginnings, old friends, and familiar faces with all of your favorite foods, artists, bands, children’s activities, and more!

Find a time slot that works for you and call a friend to join in the fun! We are asking that our volunteers be vaccinated or have a negative Covid test the week of the event, in order to maintain the health of everyone in attendance.

The sign-up sheet is now OPEN for YACtoberfest!

Just click the “View and sign-up” link to the right of the volunteer slot that you’re interested in and then fill in the requested information. Thank you for helping us make this event a success!

If you have any questions about volunteering at YACtoberfest please contact Lexie Milikan.

YACtoberfest FAQs

What is your Covid policy for attendees?
Attendees will be asked to wear masks when moving around the park and at times when they are unable to social distance from others (like waiting in line).
Will there be onsite parking? Where do we enter for parking?
Attendees will enter Carson Park using the 30th Street entrance, NOT from Joe Clifton Drive. The 30th Street entrance will be open to cars or foot traffic, but cars must pay to enter.

How do we check in or buy tickets onsite? Can we leave and come back?
After entering Carson Park from the 30th Street entrance, you will see a Ticketing Tent where you can have your emailed tickets scanned or buy tickets using cash or card. You will get a wristband to show which days you have paid for and can come and go as long as you have your wristband on. Thursday, September 30th entrance is strictly donation-based onsite and we will accept cash or card.
Will there be food and drinks?

There will be food vendors onsite so please support them! There will also be local and regional beer & wine options, hard seltzers, bottled water, and soda available for purchase.
