LTAMF is hosted by the Yeiser Art Center, Paducah’s oldest non-profit arts organization. Spread throughout the festival will be non-profit booths where visitors can learn more about the missions of local organizations and ways to get involved in the community. First preference will go to arts organizations, but all non-profits will be considered.
We require that your space be staffed for all of the festival hours. Setup will be Friday morning from 9am-5pm and festival times are: Fri. 5pm-10:30pm, and Sat. 10am-10:30pm. The music will play until 10:30pm each night. Breakdown is on Sunday from 9am-Noon.
You are responsible for providing the tent, weights for the tent, appropriate signage, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc. You are included in the hospitality for the festival (you will have access to electricity, water, and snacks) and we look forward to seeing you there!
